Welt Discos presents: \'In The Pocket\' with Dana Kuehr, Gwenan, Joe Delon, Stephen Howe

Welt Discos celebrates the launch of the compilation/mix CD 'In The Pocket' with a lineup of artists who've contributed to the project.

First, Gwenan presents a new live modular performance under her project Phase Space. Anyone familiar with her debut LP ‘Degrees Of Freedom’ or her work as half of Gin & Tonic (with Eli Verveine), or with her track 'Chromatic Turn' on this compilation, will know what to expect: directness, spontaneity, a sense of circuits jumping into life.

Next, Welt Discos boss Joe Delon plays b2b with Stephen Howe, who contributed the track 'Lockring' to the compilation. Stephen's deep interest in the way electronic sounds are made drives not only his own productions (check tracks on Rhythm Section and Peach Discs, as well as his ‘Mimesis’ EP on Welt Discos) but also his long-running SH-101 show on Refuge Radio.

To close, Gwenan puts on her DJ hat to go b2b with Dana Kuehr, who joins us from Brussels. Alongside her shimmering productions on Basic Moves, Die Orakel and now Welt Discos ('Rare Candy'), Dana occupies her own space at the centre of the DJ venn diagram: somewhere between unhinged queer raves, Lacanian afterparties and melting pot festivals like Bonanza, Horst and Waking Life.
