For our first party in what feels like an eternity, we’re taking over Arkaoda for a night of music, food and jolly good fun.

Showcasing the broad range of styles of our hosts and our extended family, we’ve curated both the bar upstairs and the basement downstairs, with each floor offering a distinct sound palette.


We’ll also be joined by food pop up, Antilles, who’ll be running the kitchen for the night serving tasty Caribbean treats.

Opening the music upstairs will be Serena, who’ll be easing us into proceedings with a blend of gentle selections. Next up is Marius who’ll be digging into the depths of his record bag and sharing all manner of delights. Rounding out the night upstairs will be DJ Einkaufswagen, slinging out 7 inches of pleasure from his infamous shopping trolley.

Downstairs in the basement, things will take a slightly darker twist. rosiecpt will be warming things up with some piping hot delicacies served straight from her dub oven.

Headlining the night will be Bristol Dubstep pioneer and all round lovely geezer, Appleblim. Since the mid 2000s, Appleblim has been an ever-present figure in the world of bass music, pushing a sound that occupies the deeper end of the spectrum; one that is markedly influenced by sounds far beyond the realms of bass music, and that is distinctly his own. His style as a DJ is as diverse and all-encompassing as his productions, moving seamlessly through genres, tempos and moods.

Closing the basement will be Mira, who’s style leans into rough drum breaks and even rougher basslines!
